Pete leads the technical development of projects at PRESS – where he is adept at transforming concept designs into construction documents.  He thrives on developing thoughtful project solutions while maintaining project budgets – and has a keen sense of identifying project risks that inform long term building care and maintenance.

Pete brings over 20 years of experience to PRESS with a focus on multifamily and public works projects; local projects include the Catalyst Building, Ronald McDonald Hospitality Center, and Mobius Science Center.  His notable multifamily projects are highlighted by the 249-unit Thai Binh Apartments with Inland Development and 207-unit Altaire at Jackson Park with SRM.  Community engagement is also a priority to Pete where he currently volunteers at Gonzaga Prep High School, St. Mary Catholic School, and serves on the Facilities Committee for St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Spokane Valley.

Pete is an avid classic car and mid-century enthusiast.  When he’s not in his shop, you can find Pete and his wife Jeana out cheering on their kids at their many sporting events.
